Widongou, officially the Republic of Widongou is a landlocked country in the Matafasina Federation located in central Juznia. Located on the northern shore of Lake Tagabe, Widongou is bordered by Pantsville to the east, and Ndarzi to the south. The geography of Widongou is dominated by the Elugu mountains and the shore of Lake Tagabe. The climate is tropical however more subtropical and even temperate in the mountains. Its capital is Awingli and its largest city is Zeebandera. Though officially a republic Widongou has been governed by the Widongou First Party led by Ali Shaheed Mutari since 1987. Despite IDA intervention to help stablise fringe regions in the late 1990s Widongou has remained the most stable and democratic member of the Matafasina Federation.
