Vogoci is the capital and largest city of Saint Offeat. It is home to the country's largest port. Founded in the 1500s by the original Arenoran Isles' colonists, but after the secession of Offeat in the aftermath of the Troubles in the early 1900s, it became the administrative center of the newly independent country. In the 21st century the city has seen a boom in the technology sector and has become known for an emerging post-modern skyline.
