This season had the series' first transgender male contestant, Armando Geddon.

  • Many, except for a few queens, are shocked to see Sue Preem finally in the competition. They discuss how iconic she is.

    • Sue says that she started drag when she was 18 back in 1980. Many are shocked to hear that she has been in the business for 41 years!
    • Austyn Tica discusses being the drag daughter of Pauline Tica.
    • Maggie Magma talks about being born with eleven fingers.
    • Armando Geddon mentions being the first transgender male drag queen to appear on The Real Queens.
    • Sarah Nader discusses being adopted by May Morial's family when she was 16. The two are really close friends. When asked about them dating, Sarah says that they are too close as family to consider that. May agrees.
    • Vivi Venus is way too confident with many queens feeling like her outfit is far too simple.
    • Kay's outfit is very chaotic but she chalks that up to her name and brand. May is worried but Kay reassures her that everything will be fine.

    • Lovelle reveals that the audience voted throughout the last three weeks of Season 11 on whether the Season 12 premiere would see one, two ... or no competitors eliminated. The audience voted ... for no competitors to be eliminated.

    • Senna Seer discusses the origin of her name. Yes, it is obvious to many that it is from sincere but she choose "seer" specifically due to her being hyperthymesic.

    • Lovelle reveals that the game will be much different this year. As of this episode, they will all be assigned points. The two with the lowest scores this episode will be lip-syncing and one will be eliminated. Before the twist is over, there will be another bottom 2 lipsyncing. When this twist ends, the season goes back to the usual format.

    • Austyn Tica mentions that it took under two years ago for her and her twin sister to finally meet. They were separated at birth.
    • Mistress Galore discusses her original drag name being Chastity Kayne. After adopting two drag daughters (Eliza Kayne, Jovita Kayne) in her sixth year of doing drag, she chose the new name, Mistress Galore. Now she has fourteen drag daughters in the Haus of Galore (Addison Galore, Alotta Bush, Amanda Tomás, Diamond Galore, Eliza Kayne, Farrah Galore, Jovita Kayne, Mónica Moreno Kayne, Ondina Galore, Rafaela Glitz, Susana Gomes, Tereza Love, Tóxica, Zizi Dama)! When asked how long she has been doing drag for, she says about 19 years so when she was 23. She was, originally, an accountant.
    • Sarah Nader opens up about her alcoholic family and May's family coming to save her. Not even a month later, Sarah changed her real last name to May's.
    • Kay Oss discusses what it was like to be homeless for two years due to her own family. Kay and Sarah bond over that.
