Pavlos Ioannidis (born 1953) is a Theodoran businessman, former politician, and criminal fugitive who served as the second Mesazon of the Principality of Theodorous and the Parathalassias, having previously served as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Theodoran Republic under Prime Minister Dimitris Tasoulas. Appointed as Mesazon after his centre-right Optimates party won the 1999 parliamentary election, Ioannidis served until the next election in 2002, after which he declined to seek another term and instead joined the private sector.

Ioannidis was among the numerous politicians implicated in the 2003 "Spoils of War" scandal. He was convicted corruption, embezzlement, collusion, obstruction of justice, and false testimony under oath, but sought refuge in Russia, where he remains at large.
