Bálintka Bondarenko (born December 16, 1975) is a Hetumogyer-Karpatskan politician and author who previously served on the Ducal Council from 2012 to 2016 and served as a member of the Sjem from 2016 to 2020. She is serves as the Head of the Ducal Council since 2020. She is a member of the Chruściel-Orange Republican Party and was one of the youngest people to serve on the Ducal Council at 36 in 2012. During her time on the Ducal Council, she was placed as the Chair of the Department of Law. She was also the first mixed Hetumogyer-Karpatskan woman to serve on the Ducal Council.
Bondarenko was born and raised in a suburb of Włocławek, Włocławek Voivodeship and attended Włocławek National University in 1993. She graduated in 1997 and subsequently graduated Włocławek Law School in 1999. She had multiple papers published in the Włocławek Journal of Law and served for a year as the student chair of the Włocławek Journal of Law under retired Supreme Court Associate Justiciar Sándor Pongrátz. In 2001, Bordarenko wrote Dreams of the Karpatska, a political-law memoir that described the difficulties of being a mixed Hetumogyer-Karpatskan female in the traditionally Viswe-dominated male field of law.
