Ducal Council (Vistulzka)

The Ducal Council is the principal advisory body to the President of Vistulzka and is considered apart of the executive branch within the government of Vistulzka. The Ducal Council presided and chaired by the Head of the Ducal Council, who acts as an intermediary between the Ducal Council and the offices of the President and the Marshal. The cabinet consists of the individual chairs of the departments of the federal government, which are appointed by the President. Unlike many countries, the cabinet does not need to be approved by the legislative branch. The Ducal Council can, at any point within a President's tenure be dismantled and depowered by a legislative vote that creates a Council of Confidence.

The cabinet primarily functions as briefings and a form of direct communication between the different chairs. From time to time, the Marshal of Vistulzka is able to preside instead of the Head of the Ducal Council, but acts entirely in an observatory capacity.
