Sabella Carter (born Feburary 8 1952, Sabella Rodiraz Abi Desuza) is a Saint Offeatean-West Chanchajillan politician and environmentalist, currently serving as Minister of the Environment and Climate Change in Lynne Bushore's government. Born in West Chanchajilla and having immigrated to Saint Offeat under refugee status in 1961 with her family, Sabella excelled in academics and became passionate about the environment, and pursued a political career beginning in the 1990s. She has won a number of awards from Saint Offeat and international organizations in recognition of her environmental activism.
