Dagsmark (Valkean: Taksmakki) is a city and municipality in southwestern Valkea. Dagsmark is the seat of the Province of Vikkland. It is the fourth largest city in Valkea after Källälivi, Vuornaa, and Novika, with a population of 581,652 in the urban area.

The city was founded in the late 10th century by the Vikings who constructed a fort on the < name > Peninsula. Dagsmark was one of Valkea's most important cities for several centuries, serving as a political, cultural, and trading center for much of the Medieval era as well as a prominent port. The Industrial Revolution transformed Dagsmark into a major industrial center and brought a dramatic growth in population.

Today, Dagsmark is the largest center of trade, industry, education, and culture in southwestern Valkea. It is a major maritime center and has the second largest port in the country. The city has several major companies who have headquarters or regional offices, including Hannula, Hedlund, and Vasa Corporation. Some of its educational institutions, such as the University of Dagsmark and the Vikkland College of Business, are among the most renowned in the country.
