Jeong Ha-Jin is a Joseonite businesswoman who is currently the owner and CEO of the Daesung Group, one of Joseon's major conglomerates. She is the eldest daughter of Jeong Gyu-Hyeon, the third chairman of the Daesung Group, and completed a bachelor's degree in business administration at Korea University. Jeong Ha-Jin is also the youngest person among the owners of Joseon's top 10 conglomerates.

Jeong Ha-Jin has been taking business management classes and corporate heir classes since childhood. She was selected as the next successor to the Daesung Group by Jeong Gyu-Hyeon at birth, and has been in the spotlight of the business community and the public since a young age. Despite this background, Jeong Ha-Jin is known to have a much more humble attitude compared to other corporate heirs.

After graduating from university, Jeong Ha-Jin has been building a business portfolio while in charge of the strategy department of the Daesung Group. She led the strategy department, contributing to Daesung Bio's selection as an officially designated emergency vaccine producer by the Ministry of Health, and led the introduction of additional KF-24 fighter jets by the Royal Joseon Air Force.

Jeong Ha-Jin once served as the head of the university cheering squad when she was in university.
