The International Organization of Student Excellence (IOSE) is an agency of the International Union of Foclaininth responsible for international education. It is headquartered in Araq and has 30 offices worldwide. The IOE was was founded in 1924 on 7 July, and formerly began operating on 17 June 1925. It absorbed the assets and personnel of the various education systems across Foclaininth.

The official mission of the IOSE is to "provide fair, safe, and accessible education to the Foclaininthian people." The organization collects data on global education, sets curricular standards, and develop schools.

Organization

Governance & staff

IOSE is governed by an executive board, constituted by of representatives of 11 member-states. Each member-state has five representatives. Based in Constanapolis, it usually meets quarterly, without set dates throughout the quarters, except for 7 July. The secretary general is appointed for a term of ten years. It additionally reviews the state of education.

One of five representatives from each nation is the minister of education. The rest of the four all are required to have been a professor at a university for at least five years. As of July 2069, Dr. Frederik Ülbrecht has been the secretary general. Starting in 1959 with Dr. Sławomir Czeklał, all secretary generals have all recieved doctorates. Dr. Jugo de Cruz has had the longest term to date, from 2009 until 2029
