Template:Vistulzkan Civil War Background
The Vistulzkan Civil War (Viswe XXX Hetumoger YYY Karpatskan: ZZZ) was a military conflict fought between 1928 to 1932 between the Vistulzkan Republicans and the Second Noble Republic of Vistulzka. The Vistulzkan Republicans were primarily made up of three large political factions, the Orthodox Republicans, the Blue Movement and the Chruściel Republicans. The Republican Faction had grown large enough in size and detail to fully commit to a formal war effort against the Second Noble Republic between the three participating factions. The Vistulzkan Civil War occurred on the eve of the Great War. The war came to a pause in 1931, with a mediation and ceasefire declared between the two factions during the Congress of New Pereya. After the ceasefire ended, the Vistulzkan Republicans were victorious in the war, and overthrew the Second Noble Republic and established the current Orthodox Republic of Vistulzka.
