Kaisa Iwate IV is the current head of the Original Iwatean Imperial line, before World War Two when the imperial line was abolished. She is the current head of the North Democratic Party. She inherited the Iwatean line after her brother Ōyodo Iwate VI died in a plane crash in Yokohama.
