Princess Anne of Hanover (Anne Jacqueline Mary Nicole; born 11 November 2023) is a member of the British royal family. Currently the first in line to the British throne, Anne, the oldest of a twin pair consisting of herself and younger brother Christian, is the firstborn child of Queen Alexandra and Jack Shand, an American lawyer and grandson of US President John F. Kennedy.
As the firstborn child of the reigning Queen Alexandra, Anne is currently first in line to the British throne, taking the spot previously held by her uncle Prince Richard.
