The First Powell Cabinet formed the government of United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Malta following the 1968 United Kingdom Snap Election on February 17, 1968. This is the current cabinet of the United Kingdom, led by John Enoch Powell who was invited by Queen Elizabeth II to form a government after the scandalous end to the Harold Wilson Premiership.
