Parliamentary Corpocracy is the political system of governance in Arcandias, its dominance of powerful corporations over the country's legislative and voting process. In this system, corporate interests hold the sway over policymaking and are directly represented in the parliament. The term "Corpocracy" reflects the blend of corporate control with parliamentary procedures, where major companies maintain political influence, and outpace traditional political parties in terms of voting, power, and economic weight.

Structure

In the Parliamentary Corpocracy system, each of the major corporations in Arcandias controls a certain number of seats in the national parliament. These corporations effectively act as political parties, with their interests and priorities guiding the policy agenda.

The parliament is structured as a unicameral legislature, with only one chamber known as the 3rd Council. These corporations often work together to form strategic alliances, pushing forward legislation that benefits their industries and expanding their control over national resources.
