Šénde (Šéndenese for “Divine Land/神地”) is a country in Eastern Asia. It shares an 81 mile long land border with China and maritime borders with South Korea and Japan.

The country has a population of nearly 99 million as of 2022 estimates. Although related to Chinese culture, Šénde retains a distinct culture and language.
Šénde is a highly developed country. The country's capital, Dongdu (lit. "Eastern Capital") is home to 16.4 million people in the urban areas and is the political, economical, and cultural capital of the country.
