Villa Dalmacio officially the Democratic People's Republic of Villa Dalmacio is a small, efficient and socially progressive nation located in the former continent of Tamriel, and renowned for its compulsory military service, strictly enforced bedtime and compulsory male shirtlessness. The hard-working, cheerful population of 67 thousand Dalmacians are prohibited from doing almost everything except voting, which they do timidly and conservatively.
Climate
Most of Villa Dalmacio presents a mediterranean climate, with long dry and hot summers and short wet cold winters. Depending on some factors, like the proximity to the sea or the elevation, it can get colder or wetter. Generally, January is the hottest month, with maximas above 45 °C (113 °F) almost every day, and for many consecutive days and even weeks, initiating what is known as heatwaves, but it can get cooler at night. Autumn and winter are the wettest seasons, with an average of 877 millimetres (34.5 in) in July, the coolest and wettest month. In July, the days are short, warm in the morning and chilly at night, with an often wide temperature range.

Government and Politics
Following the 1959 Coup d'état, Villa Dalmacio is governed under a one-party fascist dictatorship, with a strong authoritarian and personalist tendency under a family dictatorship.
