The economy of Gasaria is a market economy with strong state-owned enterprises. Approximately one-third of the gross domestic product (GDP) is based in services, backed by strong sectors in energy and resource exploitation. Other important sectors in the economy of Gasaria include agriculture and manufacturing of military equipment, computer parts, and machinery.

Gasaria is a member of the Eastern Economic Forum and the Wider Realms Economic Forum. It participates in the Free State Association, a free trade agreement with Khersia and Novdon. Pacalay is Gasaria's largest trade partner.
