Dulniri is a terrestrial planet located in the Outer Band of the Talin Galaxy. Dulniri is inhabited by the sentient Rosuu, but was colonized by the Human Expansion in 433 BHT, one of the first interstellar planets colonized by humans. Following integration with the Galactic Union, Dulniri thrived economically with its proximity to overspace routes.
