Aathilia is a planet located in the Outer Band of the Talin Galaxy. The native sentient species are the Thilians, but the population of the planet is diverse due to interstellar travel and trade. Laying outside of the jurisdiction of the Galactic Union or any major galactic entity, Aathilia is notorious as a hub for pirates and smugglers. There are around half a dozen cities scattered across the planet. The largest city and defacto capital, Cellent, has a landing bay in one of the largest facilities on the edge of the city. The local governments are corrupt; one can bribe or buy their way to just about anything they need. While there is a working economy on the planet, real business is made on the black market, dealing in goods, weapons, spice, and slaves.
