Episode Four - “ASL vs Shannah Karimi!” When Shannah Tabassum Karimi arrives wearing a non-traditional uniform the Anti-Sex League lodges a formal complaint with the student council instructing them to enforce the school's dress code. A lengthy “court” battle ensues with accusations being flung by both sides, it ends when Shannah convinces Rachel Berry and several others to wear a copy of the uniform during an impromptu “cultural festival”.
Episode Five - “Gracie vs the Chess Club” After constantly being hustled by Gracie the school's chess club convince Alasse to go up against Gracie. A fierce chess match ensues with people betting on the outcome (organised by Arnold Estelman [who takes half the pot]), after several tense moments Gracie emerges victorious and is rewarded with a comically large pizza.
Episode Six - “Quest for food!” Gracie, Shannah, Rachel and by extension Quinn each try and find out why Amelia keeps pestering people for food when she should have her own lunch money, after falling into several embarrassing incidents they eventually find out that Amelia spends a majority of her money on experiments for the various science clubs of the school. They track her supplier down to be- Arnold Estelman and the black market!
Episode Seven - “Sportsday! It’s sports day at Adventurer High! Gracie, Quinn, Claudia, Shannah and Arnold all compete against the senior year students and Rugby 1st XV Captain Ellie Cambuel in a contest to win the coveted Sportsday trophy. Episode Eight - “Chaos in the lab!” Amelia is in the middle of testing a bunch of equipment she purchased from Arnold Estelman when a power distribution causes the machine to malfunction mid-test. It is up Claudia, Arnold, Gracie and Sahaeli to find out where Amelia has gone to since the accident, and how to turn her visible again. Gracie is able to use her scrounging skills to obtain a PKE Meter and a Neutrino Scanning Device, but will it be enough?
Episode Nine - “Trade War” As it comes time for the myriad clubs to cover holes in their budgets, many start launching campaigns to sell various foods and treats. Arnold and his assistant Anita see the challenge to their trade empire and must react! Also, Gracie tries to host a very silly car wash, with silly results.
Episode Ten - “Quinn vs the Black Market” Quinn finally tires of the antics and rule skirting of Arnold and Anita’s black market and attempts to shut them down. A tense, secretive battle behind closed doors begins, but ends when Arnold “accidentally” drops a picture he has of Quinn fainting after seeing Rachel in Al’ Meriatt dress (picture taken during episode four).
Episode Eleven - “Battle of the Bands” When the school announces a musical talent contest - the winner of which will receive a cash prize, the students are quick to form teams and strategies to win. *characters try a strategy*, while *other characters try another strategy* When their attempts to synthesise a scientifically perfect song fail, Amelia, Sahaeli and Claudia attempt to recruit the musically talented Ellie Cambuel to their band. Her terms, however, are to double down on the Sports Day contest and beat her in a number of physical challenges. Despite seeming impossible, the trio try and successively fail - only for Ellie to join them anyway, having tested their resolve and whether they were willing to tax their bodies as well as their minds to win. Under the senior's direction and with her string accompaniment, the three friends manage to beat out the competition and win the cash prize to invest in the science clubs. The episode is also noted for being a musical - despite Amelia’s absolute refusal to accept or get involved in the absurdity of the musical numbers.
Episode Twelve - “Food Fight!” When the school announces the upcoming food festival/competition all of the major characters immediately split into teams and start plotting victory while Sahaeli is chosen as the star judge.
  • Amelia, Claudia, Runa and Gracie form the first team of the episode. Claudia is initially quite serious about cooking but eventually joins Amelia in trying to add “experimental” flavours and techniques to the dish in order to gain victory. Gracie on the other hand attempts to put several hot spices into the dishes out of an ill-advised expression of her love of spicy food, and several characters are seen with comically red faces after eating at the stall. During the contest, Runa constantly tries to flirt with Amelia but her attempts are completely ignored by Amelia who remains completely oblivious to any and all flirting. Gracie also tries to twirl a sign to attract customers, but ends up causing a fair bit of trouble with it as she accidentally knocks out a dozen students with the sign.
  • Rachel, Quinn, Arnold and Anita make up the second team. As everyone involved is quite competitive they initially do quite well in the contest. Arnold provides incredibly high class ingredients, something Quinn initially protests but accepts in an attempt to win. In the final few moments Anita convinces Rachel to dress-up in an attempt to attract more customers but this just causes the star chef (Quinn) to pass out again from blood loss. In addition, the food they manage to make is so bad due to just throwing expensive things in a pot, it causes all of their customers to pass out, meaning they are unable to get votes.
  • Atoti, Shannah, Sun Down and Ellie make up the final team. It initially goes quite well for the team, and the betting outfit begins to predict that they will win the overall contest. Atoti however is a persistent flirt and is eventually beaten up in a coordinated assault by Shannah, Sun Down and Ellie.

At the end of the contest, it is revealed that none of the teams containing major characters have won the competition.

Season Two

Episode Number/Name Description
Episode One - “Return" All of the characters struggle to get back into the school spirit and cause chaos around the school. Amelia looks like she has not slept since season one and is constantly fighting a battle against sleep, Quinn is even more tense after attending an ASL summer camp and Claudia keeps on trying to show people pictures from her time visiting the ancestral study headquarters in Epping. Gracie meanwhile, is attempting to overturn the suspension sentence incurred due to the unfortunate sign twirling incident so as to get back into the school, and inadvertently drinks an entire gallon of espresso. Arnold takes the return well, his black market stock somehow having grown even more insane, including actual plutonium now, and Shannah begins implementing her plan to remove the student council roadblocks to victory.
Episode Two - “Another Lowwe?” Amelia Lowwe surprises everyone when she announces that her younger sister is going to be attending the school, but after several hours nobody has managed to talk or even see the elusive student (despite frantic and chaotic searching by some characters). At the end of the episode Gracie shocks everyone when she casually spots Emily taking photographs of the school rugby team. Hilarity ensues when Gracie, in fine anime tradition, mistakes her for a pervert and accidentally instigates a situation.
Episode Three - “Fighting Robuts” When Adventurer High decides to host a Robotics Ball Tournament sponsored by the Robotics Club, hilarity ensues as Gracie begins to whip up a robotics team using the Lowwe Sisters, Shannah, and Runa to beat the rivals, chaired by Arnold, Claudia, Ellie, Sahaeli and Atoti. However, Gracie soon learns that combining characters with such differing personalities with what may possibly be milspec Dornalian robotics may not be a good idea, as Runa mistakenly has the team build a jousting robot which ends up smashing the goal line and a team of men in black suits with sunglasses visits the school...

On the other hand, Arnold’s refined plutonium stock comes in handy with interesting results requiring a new gymnasium by episodes end.

Episode Four - “Body Swap?” When Gracie interrupts Amelia during a routine test of some new equipment purchased from the black market the duo find that they’ve somehow swapped bodies! Hilarity ensues as other characters get swapped around in an attempt to “fix” the original situation
  • Amelia and Gracie are the first to swap. Amelia struggles to get used to the new body and struggles to get used to her new found strength comically breaking stuff all around the school. Meanwhile, Gracie finds herself constantly sleep deprived, and napping in inappropriate places.
  • Quinn and Anita accidentally switch after getting into an argument over the activities of the black market.
  • Shannah and Ellie are the second couple to switch. Shannah has to cope with the activities of the rugby team and being photographed constantly by Emily Lowwe while Ellie is bombarded with questions from the War Games and National Building Club and learns about Shannah’s plots to take over the Student Council
  • Runa and Rachel are the last couple to switch, much to the chagrin of Quinn. Runa immediately runs off and causes chaos around the school as she starts using her considerable power for her own needs. Other students however comment on how strange it is to see Anita and Runa acting so close when they’ve never been seen talking to each other before.
  • Arnold goes on his planned date to the local amusement park with “Anita” before learning about the body switch. He kisses “Anita” but doesn’t get the expected reaction…
  • Shannah is mostly background, but when we see her (flashbacks, encouraging “Rachel” to change rules, etc.) she seems to be influencing the characters towards certain things.
Episode Five - “Adventurer High Musical” Ellie Cambuel is knocked unconscious during a rugby game and “wakes” to find herself in a musical version of the high school. Ellie is initially unaware that she is in a “dream world” as she travels around taking part in various singing sequences but is eventually tipped off when she notices Amelia Lowwe willingly taking part in one of the songs. At the end of the episode, Ellie wakes to find Emily Lowwe being held back by the entire rugby team who are trying to prevent her from beating up the opposing player that tackled Ellie and caused the injury. Gracie meanwhile can be seen instigating random gospel choir-influenced numbers.
Episode Six - “Battle of the Bands 2!” In order to boost morale within the student population Rachel Berry decides to hold a “battle of the bands”, with the prize being ?. Out of the main characters Ellie, Shannah, Gracie (who sources the instruments) and Anita decide to make a band and hilarity ensues as the gang try and practice without being interrupted by friends. At the last practice Anita is accidentally injured and the band looks prime to fail, but at the last moment Amelia arrives carrying a badass guitar and saves the day.
Episode Seven - “The Crossover Special” The Adventurer High community gets a lot more interesting when Dr. Francesca Magnus, Juanita Delgado Hinojosa and Lyudmila Sergeyeva Orlova of “The Juanita and Lyudmila Show” appear on campus due to a teleporter experiment conducted by Dr. Magnus. While Dr. Magnus attempts to enlist Claudia, Amelia and Sahaeli in an attempt to fix her broken teleporter, Lyudmila tries to score some pizza from Gracie due to the munchies (whilst commenting on how forced the whole scenario seems, like “one of those cashgrab crossovers, mang”) and Juanita is trying to come to grips with the zaniness of the place when she inadvertedly escalates the war between Anita, Shannah and Quinn all while accidentally crossing Emily Lowwe who thinks Juanita is here to hurt Ellie Cambuel.
Episode Eight - “Partners Day Special” It is Partners Day at Adventurer High! All across the school students start to give/receive romantic gifts
  • Amelia is immediately reluctant to celebrate the holiday and initially plans to spend the entire day (and night) cooped up inside her lab calibrating and cleaning her equipment. After much prodding however she is eventually convinced to spend the day outside with Claudia and Sahaeli, hilarity ensues as throughout the night the trio accidentally perform stereotypical date tropes such as feeding each other food and paying for various items.
  • Emily is quite obsessed about the holiday (and has been seen counting down the days in previous episodes) but is extremely hesitant to ask her crush Ellie out on a date and bails out in comical fashion several times. In reply, Gracie befriends Emily and decides to become her “relationship coach,” in order to help her become better at asking Ellie out on a date. However, as most of Gracie’s advice seems to consist of half-remembered lines from various romantic comedies, hilarity ensues.
  • Rachel is also quite surprisingly opposed to the day (despite positively mentioning it in previous episodes) since she is feeling il (although she is actually feigning the sickness to get closer to Quinn). In an attempt to cheer her up Quinn uses her cooking talents and makes her an extremely extravagant meal.
  • Atoti spends the majority of the day attempting to flirt with every female member of the school, and is repeatedly shot down for his efforts in comical fashion. At the end of the day however he manages to spend some quality time with Runa and the pair enjoy some traditional Imerian food in the local park.
  • Arnold and Anita spend the day together, attempting to get some private time to celebrate their relationship, but the hijinks of every other group keep interrupting them, ending with Arnold being forced to open the Market to provide ingredients for Quinn.
  • Shannah is once again in the background, but can be seen to be spreading discontent over Rachel not putting in the effort on a holiday cherished by the students...
Episode Nine - “Pool Day!” In an attempt to get the school to re-start its swimming team Ellie Cambuel tries to organise all of the main characters to start cleaning the school's old swimming pool. Quinn is initially against the idea and contemplates getting the ASL involved to block the move, however after suffering another nose bleed she surprises everyone by heavily supporting the idea.

Instead of helping clean the pool a majority of the characters start lounging around or messing around with the equipment. Emily spends a majority of her time taking photographs, Gracie keeps commenting about “fanservice” while eating popcorn, Quinn spends the time cleaning her near constant nosebleeds while Rachel acts as a nurse and Amelia and Claudia are seen in the corner building a strange robot they claim will clean the pool automatically.

After several minutes of chaos Ellie finally snaps and storms out of the pool claiming that the project is over. Shocked by her sudden departure the remaining characters finally stop fooling around and in a suitable montage finish the pool and present it to Ellie. An after credits scene in this episode show all the characters in the show enjoying themselves in the newly filled swimming pool.

Shannah spreads yet more chaos, causing minor issues to pop up for the student council throughout. As with most of the season, many of her actions can only be seen or heard about in the background. The “Club of Nations” membership grows considerably as people are convinced to join.

Episode Ten - “Cultural Connections!”

In an effort to highlight the schools growing diversity, a decision is reached to host a cultural exchange week, however, in a surprise move an announcement is made signifying that the vent will be organised by the local branch of the Ancestral Study Group. Students are asked to present information and examples on their own cultural traditions, with some going further and providing information on eccentric or notable figures from their own family tree.

As Claudia is also a member of the Adventurer Club, a number of her friends also volunteer to help out. Amelia is a notable exception, with the eccentric student not even being present in her usual hiding spots and a proper search is soon organised. It is eventually revealed that Amelia finds a portion of the celebration uncomfortable, as she has no real family past to celebrate.

Claudia and Gracie work together to highlight Amelia's care for her younger sister, and the positive steps she has taken to advance science and create a positive legacy separate from her family and this ensures that all can celebrate the holiday together.

In the background Shannah is seen spinning the event against the student council, as she praises the Ancestral Study Group for being able to host the celebration without the involvement of the student council. Her remarks spark doubts amongst the student population, and make many question its continued existence.

Episode Eleven - “Cursed Corridors!”

As Costume and Candy Day approaches, rumours of a spirit circling the corridors spread around the school like wildfire, as a number of students claim to have heard mysterious noises and seen creepy shadows in the oldest section of the school. Unimpressed with the rumours Amelia decides to investigate the situation for herself and assembles a team comprising of Claudia, Zahhak, Rylux and Ellie

Amelia leads the group through corridors which were constructed in the 30s with what Claudia suspects were substandard materials, as Ellie is able to spot numerous leaks emerging from the plumbing system. It is revealed that the eerie noises are not caused by the presence of a spirit but rather the poor condition of this part of the building, with the strange noises being linked to old pipes and the shadows being caused by moonlight peering in from poorly maintained shutters.

Zahhak is able to spot another element of the haunting, as he finds a student taking photographs! It turns out that Mina, a member of the schools photography club was using the dilapidated nature of this part of the school to take artistic photographs and her presence had been mistaken as another sign of the presence of a spirit!

Amelia and the Adventurer Club return with their findings, and together with Mina quickly start a project to create a haunted corridor exhibit to help raise money to renovate the old part of the school.

Episode Eleven - “Masters of Tomorrow!”

Adventurer High is hosting the regional stage of the Conference for the Masters of Tomorrow, an incredibly fierce competition as the winners of this stage progress to the next stage and compete against a segment of their peers from across the nation. Amelia unveils her project, a compact device that utilises ground-breaking nanotechnology to facilitate cellular regeneration in wounds and even replace destroyed organs, with the inventing astonishing the crowd for it's life-saving potential.

In the background Shannah is shown attempting to undermine the student council during the event, as she builds up relationships with students by praising their work while subtly criticising the student council for several organisational errors which she claims could risk disaster if safety measures were sidestepped to avoid further delays.

While the students are celebrating their own success, a small explosion rocks the building as an exhibit starts to surge out of control! Horrifically, the student responsible for the entry reveals that the exhibit was supposed to demonstrate sustainable power generation and therefore could theoretically destroy the entire school if left to continue surging. As the school descends to chaos, Amelia steps forward using her technical expertise to stabilise the device and prevent disaster, however, a late surge from the device delivers a sudden blast of energy which throws her backwards and requires her to visit the clinic!

Questions are raised about the malfunctioning experiment, with some suspecting that the heated nature of the competition led someone to sabotage a fellow students exhibit to further their own ends, and further blame falls upon the student council as the student blames their earlier failures for the disaster.

A flashback showcases Shannah distracting a student while offering encouragement, and using the opportunity to adjust a component in the device leading to the incident later in the episode.
