Following a high-profile but unsuccessful run for the 2016 Oured mayoral election, she became a candidate for the Green Party in the 2018 snap federal election, but was again unsuccessful in winning either a constituency or a list seat.
Subesequently, she was placed at number 10 on the Green Party's list for the Euclean Parliament election, becoming one of the seven gains the Greens made in that election.
