Anastasia  was born in 1996 in Fjalnir. She was born in the same manner as all of her siblings at the Cedar Palace, the ancestral home of House Ivanov. Her mother moved to the villa for a brief six week period to give birth before returning to Velikograd. She was born on October 18, 1996 and weighed 5 pounds, 7 ounces. At the time of her birth, she was recognized as 5th in line to the Sapphire Throne. She was first summoned to the palace at age five to attend her father, Nicholas II's funeral procession in the year 2004 and her brother's coronation.

Unlike her brothers Peter and Feodor, who were newborns at the time of her father's death, she was left mostly in the care of palace staff, who struggled to to bridle her strong sense of independence. As a result, Anastasia began to misbehave at a young age. It was after a few months of this at age 8 that she was sent off to the Gilded Academy for Girls where she attended until she was 18. Graduating with a 3.7 GPA, she attended the Imperial University of Engineering where she graduated with a degree in civil engineering at age 22. It was said in university that she was known as the "party princess".

Controversy

In August of 2021 prior to the start of her last semetser, she spent an extended period of time in Leonople pursuing a wild lifestyle. She was seen with Mubashir multiple times before suddenly returning to Velikoslavia under the guise of finishing her degree. She disappeared form public eye for several months, finishing her coursework in seclusion and even failing to attend her own graduation ceremony. She gave birth quietly since it was obvious the child was illegitimate despite the best attempts to hide it.

The entire event stirred up significant controversy around the court with many calling for her and the child to be exiled. In an interview with Inquarius Magazine, she admitted that despite not specifically ordering her removal, her brother quietly encouraged that she consider leaving. At the behest of her uncle, Conrad IV of Garima, she relocated to Hauptburg where she resides today.

Personal Life

Anastasia currently resides in Hauptburg with her son. She travels for some of the year, travelling to Leonople to visit with her son's father.
