Introductory Statement
This is the episode synopsis for Big Brother Season 8!

Each episode of the season will be receiving an in-depth synopsis, which will include confessionals. Confessionals are private moments when the contestant will tell the camera information, such as their thoughts on things or even strategy. In short, these are noted as CC or "Confessional Cam" in the synopsis. Their location in the synopsis is based off the edit on the episode.

Week 1

Week 1 Episodes
1-3
The host, Sofia Venoa, welcomes the audience to Big Brother. Every week, the houseguests will compete for luxuries, as well as power. One lucky houseguest will become the Head of Household and will nominate two houseguests for eviction. For the first few weeks, the audience will decide who goes home. However, starting Week 4, the houseguests will have full control over who goes every week. In the end, the audience will vote on who should win the game.

Short Synopsis (cause Season 4):

After the abrasive and blunt Eddie wins HOH, fights break out between Eddie and Juan, Eddie and Paetra, Alex and Christie, and Sara and Vanessa. Eddie puts up Alex and Paetra for eviction with Paetra as his target.
In a shocking turn of events, Liam Marsh is ejected in the game after threatening to kill Vanessa, who turned out to be her ex, as well as throwing furniture around. Laura wins the VETO and uses it on Alex. Juan is the replacement.

Justin Coronil comes in and is announced as Liam's replacement. However, due to him coming in late, he is immune until Week 3. Vanessa also gets immunity for Week 2 due to what happened. Everybody, even Eddie, is sympathetic. Everybody is willing to go with what Eddie wants to do this week until Paetra campaigns to stay. She manages to convince Finley, Justin, Laura and Vanessa to keep her, sending Juan home.

Week 2

Week 2 Episodes
4-6
Amelia, Anthony, Eric and Linda enter the Secret House and are told that, by the end of the week, three of them will enter the real house while one will be evicted. They will be able to spy on the houseguests but they will not have any access to the audio.

After Paetra wins HOH, there are many arguments throughout the week including Alex vs Paetra, Paetra vs Eddie, Justin vs Sara, Alex vs Laura (where Laura also expresses her regret on using the VETO on him), Vanessa vs Alex and Justin vs Vanessa. Paetra puts up Alex and Laura for eviction.

Christie and Alex begin a showmance. Everybody pegs Christie and Finely as huge wildcards with Alex and Laura debating going after them over Paetra, who put them up.Paetra wins the VETO, takes down Laura and puts up Eddie.

It is Eddie vs Paetra throughout Episode 6. Eddie is evicted. The Secret Houseguests have their eviction next. They were told that Vitosium was voting to evict one of them all week but the twist is that the four of them will actually vote on one of them to go. A tie will result in all houseguests that are tied being evicted.

Week 3

Week 3 Episodes
7-9
Amelia, Anthony and Linda enter the house.

After Vanessa wins HOH, Laura holds a house meeting and spills all of her alliances, trying to expose Justin, despite him not doing anything. In the same house meeting, Alex says that he doesn't like anybody here and will put up whoever should he win HOH. Later, Alex tells Vanessa that he told everybody that at the house meeting because he isn't a threat and they will keep him in the house. Vanessa is confused but admits that she doesn't see him as a threat. She puts up Laura (unpredictable) and Sara (flat out doesn't like her -- even says that).

Arguments break out between Sara vs Vanessa, Alex vs Paetra, Anthony and Linda, Justin vs Laura (Laura lied to Anthony that Justin was coming after him), Justin vs Vanessa. Sara begins to get really personal with Vanessa, leading to another argument where Vanessa overheard her saying that she was coming after her. Alex talks to Justin and tells him that he does not trust him at all and plans to get him out. Anthony wins VETO and does not use it.

Laura and Sara heavily campaign. Sara is evicted. It is revealed that she will be in the Secret House.

Week 4

Week 4 Episodes
10-12
Justin wins HOH!

Amelia, Justin, Paetra and Vanessa all, individually and without knowing the efforts of the others, try to recruit Finley and Christie, who they see as potential goats in the end as they aren't doing anything in the game. Finley talks to Anthony about how he has been staying out of all the drama. Despite how people may see him as a wildcard, he feels like not being a part of the drama is good for him. As Amelia, Justin, Paetra and Vanessa all try to recruit him, Finley feels as if he can use the four of them to his advantage. Later, Alex admits to Anthony, Laura and Vanessa that he is getting homesick. Laura talks to Justin about this, who was planning on putting Alex up anyway.

Justin puts up Alex and Paetra for eviction with Alex as his target.

Alex is, surprisingly calm and thanks Justin for being the TV rival he wanted him to be. Vanessa, meanwhile, starts bragging to people about how she wants to win every single competition moving forward. Laura starts ratting everybody out, leading to Amelia, Anthony and Christie vs Laura. Vanessa wins VETO and uses it on Paetra. Justin replaces her with Finley.

Alex is evicted and is sent to the Secret House.

During the double, Paetra wins HOH and takes Vanessa out.

Week 6

Linda wins HOH and sets her sight on Amelia for being very untrustworthy. Unlike the past five weeks, there are no arguments this week. A bit after the VETO ceremony, Anthony and Linda catch onto Christie, Finley and Paetra being a strong trio. Amelia is evicted.
