Banhi is the second-largest city in Qolaysia after the capital of Leonrau. Located in the province of North Banhi, the city has a population of 953,191 people within an area of 220 km2, making it one of the most densely populated areas in the country. It is regarded by many as the "cradle of Qolaysian nationalism", as the revolutions of the Semelia Gulf War originated in the city. There was development and modernization within the city in the latter half of the 20th century; with the construction of administrative buildings, schools, religious buildings, and railways connecting the settlement to other prominent areas.
