It focuses on the import and export of oil and gas products through 8,393 kilometers of pipeline, 48 distribution terminals, 3 regasification terminals, 6 gas carriers, 16 oil tankers, 5 product tankers, and 9 shuttle tankers.

Comgás is a gas distributor headquartered in São Paulo. It is majority owned by BE (61.73%). It is Brazil's largest gas distributor, with over 1.9 million paying customers and a pipeline network over 16,000 kilometers long. It serves 88 cities in the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo, Metropolitan Region of Campina, Vale do Paraíba, and Baixada Santista.

BE Logística (formerly Rumo Logística) is a multinational logistics firm headquartered in Curitiba. It is majority owned by BE (60.33%). Its services include intermodal freight transport, port and road transport, warehousing, property management, rail equipment leasing, and overseas trading of BE merchandise. It was formerly one of Brazil's largest railway operators until the advent of franchising.

Braskem is a multinational petrochemicals company headquartered in São Paulo. It is jointly owned by BE (36.1%) and Novonor (38.25%). Its products include polyethylene, ethylene, propylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, benzene, butadiene, toluene, xylene and isoprene. It operates 36 industrial facilities spread across 3 continents, and is one of the world's largest producers of thermoplastic resins and biopolymers.
