The City-State of Serq’khetyeva is the capital city of the astropolity known as the Ascendant Stellar Hierarchy of Aoraqet'ya, commonly referred to as just Serq'khetyeva or the Hierarchic Capital District, the city boasts nearly 270 million people. The city itself encompasses the base of Devnostraeva Peak, the tallest mountain on Auracexia Prime, and also a long-dormant volcano.
