Flop City, officially the City and County of Flop City, is the capital and third-largest city of Floptropica, with an estimated population of around 99,578. It is located on the Flop City peninsula, near the Cupcakke Strait, a large strait dividing Flop Island and Xjiemomo Island. People have been living in the Flop City area as far back as 1000 BCE, and was incorporated in 1804. It was a major city in Spanish Floptropica, alongside Ciudad Potaxie, and Poosayville. It is part of the Flop City - Jilu - Flop Headlands metro area, which is home to nearly 400,000 flops, or nearly a tenth of Floptropica's population.
