Ifa Serine is the capital and second largest city of the Amador. Citadel is a major political, scientific, cultural, and financial center for the Amador and the greater Gholgoth region as a whole. The city is also one of the largest metropolitan areas in the entire region, being home to numerous international institutions. Ifa Serine lies on the western coast of the Tiamian Peninsula, resting along the Amas River. The Port of Amador is the largest port in the nation and serves as a terminus to the greater part of the nation.

Ifa Serine has served as capital throughout most of Amador's history recorded history. With over 10,000 years of recorded, the city is the most ancient city in Amador.
