Ifa Serine is the capital and second largest city of the Amador. Citadel is a major political, scientific, cultural, and financial center for the Amador and the greater Gholgoth region as a whole. The city is also one of the largest metropolitan areas in the entire region, being home to numerous international institutions. Ifa Serine lies on the western coast of the Tiamian Peninsula, resting along the Amas River. The Port of Amador is the largest port in the nation and serves as a terminus to the greater part of the nation.
Ifa Serine has served as capital throughout most of Amador's history recorded history. With over 10,000 years of recorded, the city is the most ancient city in Amador. Ifa Serine is home to numerous avenues of higher education and many young humans and non-humans flock to the city each year to get a chance at such educations. As the capital, much of the governing functions and buildings are in the city, including International embassies. Embassies usually resides on Embassy Row, an exclusive and highly luxurious area of the modern city area.
Ifa Serine is often considered one of the most beautiful cities in Gholgoth, where beauty is hard to come by. Traditional Elven architecture dots the skyline and the nation goes to great lengths to preserves ancient buildings. Ifa Serine is home to most government functions of the nation and the renowned Crystal Palace, the Royal residence of the Monarchy. The city is touted for its intricate layers of walk-ways, water-ways, and parks. Ifa Serine has the largest tree canopy coverage of any city in the region, covering 47% of the city. The city's waterways are often considered the best in the region, offering fast travel and leisure travel at any given point.
