Jörg Osmend Fleischer (born 29 November 1970) is a Preislander politician and former professional football player serving as the president of Preisland since 2019.

Fleischer was born in poverty in Giggenhafen, where he excelled at football and became a wunderkind prospect by his teenage years. His play caught the attention of international teams, and Fleischer embarked on a multi-year career at top teams in !Europe and !the Americas. He featured as a regular starter for the Preisland national team, until his vocal criticism of dictator Abraham Atse led to his exile in 1995. He sought refuge in neighbouring Aurania, where he continued to play football professionally and became the leader of the Preisland Diaspora Association, a position that saw him take an active role in organizing against the Atse regime.

Auranian political leaders and Preisland diaspora figures saw Fleischer as a potential successor to Atse and began to groom him as leader. After the Auranian invasion of Preisland in 1999, Fleischer returned to the country and participated in the occupation and reconstruction of Preisland, lending credibility to the occupation authority and assisting in youth and sports development projects. After building his political profile, Fleischer became leader of the National Liberal Party (NLP) and led the party to victory in the 2007 elections and became the country's chancellor.

After serving his first term as chancellor until 2011, Fleischer retired from politics but returned to the chancellery in 2013 after the sudden resignation of the NLP leader. Fleischer served out the remainder of the term and again left politics in 2015. Both of Fleischer's terms were marked by relative political stability but stagnant economic growth, rising crime, and increasing public debts. Nonetheless, he maintained high approval ratings and improved Preisland's post-war image. In 2019, Fleischer announced his intention to run in the presidential election, where he secured victory with a majority in the first round.

While Fleischer's political leadership has been noted for its stability amid Preisland's chaotic history, he has been criticized domestically and abroad for his alleged involvement in corruption. Watchdog groups have accused him of money laundering, embezzlement, and tax evasion and fraud, with some alleging that he involved or connected with organized crime.
