James Etémé (born November 6 1951) is an Apatonian activist, politician, and businessman who serves as the 8th President of Apatonia, having been elected in May 2022. He served as the Interior Minister under Mlamuli Ngotsha from 2018-2022, and escaped the political purge by Michel Lukonde by joining rebel forces in Wabi. He was then elected in the restoration election of May 2022, leading the New Democracy Party.
