The June Putsch (Vierz: Juni Putsch), or the 1927 Vierz coup d'état, was the violent removal of the socialist government of Lars Hencke by the Imperial Vierz Armed Forces on 15 June 1927. The Putsch was planned and executed by General Field Marshal Hermann Eschau on the orders of Emperor Victor II.
