What they found remains unknown only the fact that it was enough for them to continue their research. Over time the experimentation soon brought forth a hybrid variant of the plant that emphasized its need to grow and absorb materials. Though the reason for this tampering unknown the results were far from what they had expected. Over the course of a single solar cycle the plant grew exponietaly engulfing the facility it was held in. With no warning the the plant grew beyond anything anymore would imagine and in a matter of hours the whole planet was covered. No amount of warning was fast enough the annouced the horror that befell Kaldari Prime and once there was nothing more to engluf the plant laid dormant for a time. During this time it is said that the plant had abosrbed the minds of its victims and in some sort of sick twisted humor it took on the name of those that created it.
