Kashiwa City Holding Company, often shorted to KCXK Group is Sunalaya's largest sovcorp. It is the official de facto and de jure government of the city of Kashiwa, the largest in Akina. It is the sole owner of all land in Kashiwa, the largest holder of real estate in Ophion, one of the largest utility companies in Sunalaya, and is a massive venture capital investor. It is known for being one of the most efficient and pro business city governments in the world, offering low tax rates and minimal regulation in a bid to attract companies and raise the value of the cities real estate. It is a conglomerate that operates in a wide variety of industries relating to the cities essential services and land management.
