King Iwan II from the house of Sterrenlicht was the second king of Sterrenlicht dynasty rulling over the Holy Lands of Pelz. Iwan II was the second son of Iwan I, and he reigned for 49 years until he died of health complications in October 1678. He's one of the most famous kings of Pelz, primarily notable because of his works of literature and how he described an ideal future for the Pelzian society under the Novemberism ideology. A few remarkable books he worked on during his lifetime are Destiny Without Sin, Seven, and Goal Of Hell.

Early Ages

Iwan was born in Zwanport. The childbirth resulted in the mother dying the following day. During childhood, Iwan mentioned his father calling him a "curse" several times, as if the mother had given birth to an unfortunate evil. Iwan's brother, Alexander, who was six years older than him, was destined to be the next ruler over the Pelzian territory.

Unlike many others at his age, Iwan learned how to read and write by the age of five. His talents in many fields left many baffled as he gained enough knowledge on his own to start reading heavy books by the age of ten. At a very young age, he took an interest in his future wife, Liez of the house Koek. Their relationship continued until the age of 18 when he was crowned after his father's death in the military campaign against the rebels of the South. Many historians of the time speculated a massive defeat in the current war of that time due to the inexperienced ruler in the Pelzian territory.
