'''Kohtla-Árve''', officially '''Kohtla-Árve County''', is the southernmost county in the [[Obets United Republic]], sitting along the coast of the Palena Ocean at the end of the Anasazi Peninsula. Kohtla-Árve borders [[Farksi]] to the north, the Palena Ocean to the south, and the Eilande Ocean to the west. Kohtla-Árve is the third most populous county in the Obets United Republic, yet the 13th largest by land area. Both Kohtla-Árve, the county's capital, and Sammasko are two major cities on the southern coast of the county, each harboring strong Sakotoloko, Hohkomina, and other cultures native to the Anasazi peninsula. The over 1.4 million people who live in the county also make it a backbone for eObet industry, especially trade through the Palena Ocean. Many ancient castles dot Kohtla-Árve, and due to the temperate climate compared to the rest of Obets, the county's extensive beaches provide a warm getaway for vacationers. The rest of Kohtla-Árve is realtively unforested, mostly covered by grasslands and rolling hills with cliff dwellings akin to those in Farksi and [[Sastekiń]].
