Kol Elias Vossgaard is a Delkoran statesman, biologist, community organizer, and musician who served as chancellor of Delkora from 2002 to 2006. As the first Green Party head of government in Tyrannian history, he led a far-left minority government consisting of the Greens, Radical Front, and the Pirate Party supported on supply and confidence by National Labor. A biologist by profession, he worked as an adjunct professor at Gothendral University prior to his entry into politics. While living in Gothendral, he was active as a community organizer in the city's working class neighborhoods, spending much of the late 1980's working with the local Green Party and other environmentalist groups to demand the retirement of the city's last remaining coal-fired power plant. An avid musician in his free time, Vossgaard played as the bassist for Fallnären before his election to the Federal Parliament.
