It is located in the southwest of the country with a shoreline along the Sea of Macarthur. It shares land borders with the West Layners region to the east, and the countries of Manima to the north and Helessima to the west. With a land area of 84,604 square kilometres, it is the fifth largest region. It has a population of 5,771,000, the fourth most populous. More than 42% of the population lives in the metropolitan area of Bondulagh, surrounding the region's capital and largest city. Since the Rugby Riots and the Naming Conflict Wars in the 1950s, the region has gradually diversified its economy beyond the declining mining industry. Today, the region's economy is dominated by the tourism, financial and service industries.

Areas along the coast of Lainerovan Kadlara primarily have an oceanic climate (Cfb in the Köppen climate classification) with cooler summers and mild winters, differing from the humid subtropical climate found in most of South Neviersia. Snowfall is common with higher altitudes of the Kadlaran Ranges.
