Manika AE, or simply Manika, is an Romaian multinational company with headquarters in Neo Logio Salonas, Romaia. Manika is a manufacturer of branded chocolate and confectionery products, and one of the biggest chocolate producers and confectionery companies in the world.

Manika AE is a private company owned by the Manikas family and has been described as "one of the world's most secretive firms".

It was founded in 1932 in Neo Logio Salonas, Romaia, by Stefanos Manikas, a confectioner who experimented with recipes of chocolate.

Manika worldwide – now headed by executive chairman Konstantinos Manikas – includes 34 trading companies, 15 factories, and approximately 30,000 employees.
