As granted by the Constitution of the Kingdom of Ahrana the Monarchy is to take form of a Diarchy with the Monarchs sharing power together. The Imperial Houses of Chayka and Florence make up the Monarchy which together will create a new House of Ahrana the Imperial House of Chayka-Florence. These two houses are the only two of the three Imperial Houses that remain.
The Kingdom of Ahrana is a Federal Parliamentary Constitutional Diarchy. The Constitution outlines the basic functions of the Monarchy but allows the Monarchs the Authority as the Head of State, while be it mostly Ceremonial of course the Monarchs still hold an amount of Authority in the Government of the Kingdom.
Succession
The Succession of the Throne of the Kingdom of Ahrana passes to the two Co-Grand Dukes/Duchess of the Kingdom of Ahrana, the Succession passes through absolute cognatic succession the thrones are passed down through the eldest child of the current Monarchs. Let it be a Male or Female the Two Eldest Children of the Monarchs will ascend the throne together. The Law dictates that if one Monarch dies before the other then the living Monarch must give way to the two Grand Duke/Duchess of the Kingdom. The Law also dictates that neither Monarch can rule without the other meaning the House of Chayka cannot rule and ascend the Throne without the House of Florence ascending the Throne as well, the same goes for the latter. If neither presiding Monarch bore any Children then the Throne passes to the Eldest Sibling of the Monarchs and will follow that line as it now becomes the Monarchal Line of Succession.
Residence
The Monarchs Official Residence is the Monarchal Palace in Moskovo, this Palace is the former Royal Palace under the Second Kingdom of Ahrana as well as the Seat of Power for the successor Governments to the Kingdom. The Official Business of the Office of the Monarch is at the Monarchal Palace with the Offices of Government (Executive) residing in the same building as well. The Monarchal Palace is where the Monarchs receive all Foreign Dignitaries and Ambassadors.
The Monarchs also reside in their Personal Residence those being the Strasberg Estate in the city of Strasberg and the Imperial Residence of the Chayka House in the City of Peterburi. The Monarchs also have several other Palaces and Estates that have been open to the Public for viewing and several areas of Land that has been given to several Universities, Science Laboratories, Military Schools and Public Schools.

Titles and Style
The Official Title of the Monarchs of the Kingdom of Ahrana very according to the sex of the Monarchs, if the Monarch is a female then the Official Title is Queen of the Kingdom of Ahrana and if male the Official Title is King of the Kingdom of Ahrana. When one address the Monarchs one always refers to the Monarchs as Your Majesties. The Unofficially addressing the Monarchs one should address them as the following Sir or Ma'am.
The Official Ceremonial Title of the Monarchs of Ahrana is: The King/Queen of the Imperial Kingdom of Ahran, King/Queen of Ahran, King/Queen of Xara, King/Queen of Lockiee, King/Queen of Greater Tatani, King/Queen of Tata, Grand Duke/Grand Duchess of Peterburi, Grand Duke/Grand Duchess of Moskovo, Co-Grand Duke/Co-Grand Duchess of Thralhaven, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Imperial Kingdom of Ahrana, Field Marshall of the Imperial Household Regiments, Sovereigns of all Imperial and Federal Orders of the Kingdom of Ahrana, Supreme Governor of the Orthodox of Ahrana, Defender of the Faith, Defender of the People and the Kingdom of Ahrana, (Name of the Kings/Queens of Ahrana).
Powers of the State
The Monarchs have what is called by the Federal Executive and the Parliament, Powers of the State, which is the Powers of the Monarchy. The Monarchs have the Lawful right to remove both the Chancellor and State Councilor from their respective Offices if they have committed treason, violation of political neutrality, crimes against the state and people, laundering from the government and gross misconduct of the office of Chancellor and State Councilor. The Monarchs have the Authority to call for an early election of the Parliament if the Chancellor and State Councilor both cannot have the Majority Support of the Legislature or the People, the Monarchs also have the right to chose when the Election can take place. The Monarchs have the Authority to call for a Declaration of War so if the Invading or Offending Nation has violated the Sovereignty of the Kingdom of Ahrana. The Monarchs must uphold the Statutes of Peace that are still recognized by this Constitution, any form of Violation of these Statutes of Peace is a gross misuse of authority by the Monarchs. The Monarchs hold the Authority to call a draft of the Conscripted ages of 18-29 for all Citizens of Ahrana either abroad of in Country.
