Moussera Sabbé (born 4 June 1979) is a Girbetese politician serving as the current Executive Secretary since 2019. She has served as an Assemblywoman of Mani Commune in the Jardan region from 2006-2011, and was elected to Regional Secretary for Jardan in 2011. Prior to her assumption of the Secretaryship, she served as a Commissioner for the Queer Community Defense League in Girbeta, which she became Principal Officer of in 2009.

Sabbé is the first openly transgender woman to serve in the Girbetese government on a national level, and is the first openly transgender woman to hold position as a head of state worldwide.
