The second season of Operation : WorldVision would commence after the 105th edition of the Worldvision Song Contest was held. The competition will decide the next five Alezian entries in the Worldvision Song Contest from the 106st edition to the 110th edition until a new contract was decided whether to keep the competition or to change into another format decided by observing the five Alezian entries' performance in the Worldvision Song Contest.

Background

The first season of Operation : WorldVision was held as a response to the failed "cycle rule" which allows all region to represent the union atleast once.
