The Republican Union of Anti-Capitalists, or RUAC, was a socialist political party in the Republic of Tarper from 1996 to 1999. The party split from the outlawed Communist Party after the government instituted a brief democratization period. The party managed to make a notable appearance in the Party Floor, the legislature of the Republic of Tarper.

After the execution of founder and leader, Lyndon Charron, and eventual outlawing of any opposition party, the party went underground until the storming and incarceration of its members in 1999. The party was replaced by the New Millennium Party in 1999 after the releasing of non-violent members.
