In 2020, the Royal Redisan Air Force operated roughly 30,000 personnel and roughly 5,000 reservists. An additional 10,000 civilian employees and contractors are employed by the Air Force.
==Symbols, emblems, and uniforms==
[[image:ORAF uniform base.png|thumb|right|200px|Air Force dress uniform.]]
The RRA originally had a depiction of the [[Crown of Orun Redisus]], which it placed on all planes from 1921-1935. In 1935, a new system was brought forward which consisted of a regiment number which was followed by a squadron number which had a flight emblem in between them separating them. These are always prominently featured on the fuselage of the aircraft somewhere. A fin flash is usually displayed on the aircraft's {{wp|vertical stabilizer|tail-fin}}. Another number featured directly under the fin flash is the aircraft's number within its squadron, which is always 1-10.
===Uniform===
The Air Force field dress is the same style as the army field dress. The dress uniform a light blue with gold-yellow wings as collar patches. As headdress a dark blue side cap or dark blue peaked cap can be worn. Members of the Air Force also wear a dark blue {{wp|military beret|beret}}.

The Royal Redisan Air Force is the aerial warfare branch of the Royal Redisan Armed Forces, the armed forces of Orun Redisus. It operates a strength of around 35,000 personnel as of 2018. The Royal Air Force was founded in 1921 as the aerial warfare branch of the armed forces of Orun Redisus. Initially, it was intended to be apart of the Royal Orun Army before the King decreed that a separate command structure and procurement budget would be a better move overall for the new Air Force. Unliked the Royal Orun Army and Royal Redisan Navy, the air force was the first branch to be founded by the combined nation of Orun Redisus, rather than existing branches unifying under the flag.

Personnel

In 2020, the Royal Redisan Air Force operated roughly 30,000 personnel and roughly 5,000 reservists. An additional 10,000 civilian employees and contractors are employed by the Air Force.

Symbols, emblems, and uniforms

Air Force dress uniform.

The RRA originally had a depiction of the Crown of Orun Redisus, which it placed on all planes from 1921-1935. In 1935, a new system was brought forward which consisted of a regiment number which was followed by a squadron number which had a flight emblem in between them separating them. These are always prominently featured on the fuselage of the aircraft somewhere. A fin flash is usually displayed on the aircraft's tail-fin. Another number featured directly under the fin flash is the aircraft's number within its squadron, which is always 1-10.

Uniform

The Air Force field dress is the same style as the army field dress. The dress uniform a light blue with gold-yellow wings as collar patches. As headdress a dark blue side cap or dark blue peaked cap can be worn. Members of the Air Force also wear a dark blue beret.
