Suleiman Muhammad Khan (philanthropist)
Colonel Suleiman Muhammad Khan III is a Sharifistani philanthropist and a former Colonel in the Royal Educational Corps of the Royal Sharifistani Army. He is chairman of the Board of Trustees of several educational trusts and charities and patron of a number of schools in developing countries.

Early life and education
Khalid Suleiman Muhammad Khan III was born into an aristocratic family in Madinat Al-Islam Old Town, the second son of Emir Suleiman Muhammad Khan II. He was educated at the Sharifistani School of Fencing and then Madinat Al-Islam University.

Suleiman Muhammad Khan III joined the Sharifistani military in 1992, taking the Professionally Qualified Officers' Course before being commissioned as a Fatah Sharif (Lieutenant, literally "young noble") in the Royal Educational Corps and serving as a history teaching to the Sharifistani military. He rose to the staff officer rank of Colonel and was influential in Army education policy.
