The Supreme Court of Ainin (French: Cour suprême de l'Ainin) is the court of final instance of Ainin for all criminal and civil cases where the facts of the case, and not just the interpretation of them, are in question, as well as judicial review cases. The court is also responsible for statutory interpretation of national law and the constitution. It shares its status of highest court of the land with the Republican Court of Cassation, which deals with administrative cases and appeals of the interpretation of civil and criminal law.
