Each 'cell' in this district is 50 m2 in area and resemble a condominium rather than a prison cell. Each prison cell has internet access, a television and radio, and is furnished with furniture fit for the wealthy. The there are 100 cells in each manor. There are 200 manors in this district. Treatment of the Poor

The poor, especially the indentured servants are given cramped conditions to live in and have long work hours.

Utilities

Power

The power for the entire island is generated by one 1 GW coal powerplant, generating 8.76 TWh of electricity.

The Water is drawn from near the middle of the island by water wells and rainwater collection fields. About 250,000 m2 of land area is covered by the rainwater collection systems. About 250 million liters of water is collected each year. The water stations draw enough water to provide water to all inmates, staff and all others on the island and to water all the crops during a drought, with 20% of all water being allocated for use on the crops. Water storage can hold up to 5 billion liters of water. Water in the Harrisville and Willow Hills is rationed to limit water use. The Irondale and Green Acres also has water rationing, but that rationing does not apply to the farmlands nor the factory use.

Sewage Station

Sewage facilities are spread throughout the island.
