Milos settled on sparsely settled islands of the Triaas Isles, and sent a fleet to take control over the islands with little resistance. Due to more pressing matters in the 2nd Union of Voidkree and the general lack of care for the offshore islands, it went uncontested for 22 years. During those 22 years, a small settlement of Celestians moved to the islands, increaseing the population from 1,050 to 2,500.
