Matthias II (Alixandre Friedrich Mateus Maximilian Oskar Rudolf, born 7 November 1991) is the incumbent monarch of Draconia. She acceded to the throne on 27 October 2013 following the death of her uncle, Charles XVIII and was crowned as the 21st Emperor of Draconia on 11 May 2014. She is the youngest sovereign in Draconian history since Louis IV.
Matthias was born in Sankt-Mateusburg in Gau-Susutin, the second of seven children to Archduke Charles Heribert and Cordelia von Dolingen, in the wake of the Red Ribbon Army's jacqueries. Her uncle acceded to the throne in 1962 after the death of his brother, making her cousin the heir apparent and herself third in the line of succession to the Draconian throne behind him.
